Exactly what I was looking for in a microphone

The build was sturdy, the setup was simple, and it just works with no extra software or setup needed. I use it mounted to a low profile boom arm just below where my webcam captures so it's right in front of me to capture audio, but can remain off camera so it is not a visual distraction to others.

I'd recommend this mic to anyone looking for a good standalone cardioid mic, whether it be for chatting online or video calls or otherwise.
