The Deity system is amazing. I've taken these boxes all over the world and use them multiple times a week. They are so easy to use - with or without the app. As far as timecode systems go, Deity is the way you should go. The entire system - including the PR-2, TCSL-1, THEOS - is incredible. Unless you need Genlock, buy Deity.
My new V-Link works like a champ with my new V-Mic D3 PRO. Nothing like having the right gear to help you sound like a pro.
My TC-SL1 has been a great addition to my production sound kit. Clients and crew love it. The customization features are very easy to use and are fun to mess around with. My only gripe was that after a year and a half, the clapper mechanism broke so I had to get either a replacement or repair it. Thankfully, Deity was very nice to send me a brand new one! Thank you Heidi on support.
We had the lav mic connector break on a transmitter (our faukt, not a poor product) and when I wanted to get it repaired, Deity said it would be less expensive just to buy a new one instead. They gave me a little break on the new one. Kind of disappointing that we kive in this disposable society, but nice that their equipment is reasonably priced.

Had my slate for several months and it worked great, but it developed a battery contact issue. Deity replaced the unit in no time, no cost to me. Back to rocking it and very happy with it.
Recorder works great! I’m not a big fan of how stubborn the cover to the battery compartment is though. Would love to see an updated version down the road where the cover works similar to the original Tascam Dr-10l battery cover. It’s on a hinge and east to access. Great recorder overall!
